A False Assault With Deadly A Weapon Charge Was Filed Against Forte By Schwarzenegger Body Guards To Cover Up Their Impersonation of a Police Officer, Intimidation, and Assault and Battery of Forte

AKA:  When The Victim Becomes The Accused

(And I've Got The Video To Prove It)

While following the "Join Arnold Rally" along with 30 plus other candidates for Governor on October 2nd, 2003, a man jumped out in front of my car and put his hands on the hood of my car in the middle of the public street in front of the San Bernardino Library requiring me to slam on my brakes.

The Intentionally False Deadly Weapons Charge

He then demanded my name.  I told him I was Gene Forte and to get out of my way so that I could turn into the library parking lot.  He then bumped the front of my car with his leg, smiled, and said he was going to arrest me because he said I just assaulted him with a deadly weapon.

Impersonating A Police Officer

I then asked him if he was a police officer and he said yes.  I then asked him for his badge number and ID.  A blank look suddenly came over his face.  I got out of the car and went to my wife's car stopped in back of me and asked her for the pocket recorder to record my questioning of him.

At that moment, the man ran over to the bus that contained Arnold about 50-100 yards away in the parking lot.

Confronting the Accuser

I returned to my car and proceeded to enter the public parking lot. I  went up to the man and requested that he retract his false accusation that he had made in the presence of my 10 year old son, Jordan, that was sitting in the car with me.  I also requested his name and for him to get his supervisors over there immediately.

What happened next was all recorded (luckily for me) on video tape that you will soon be able to see at this website.

After being harassed, intimidated, and struck by one of Schwarzenegger's security people, and while I was attempting to  have the police take a report from me about the matter, I and my 10 year old son were stopped by two police officers a few blocks away.

Incredible Denials/Outright Lies

You will hear them say they did not know who I was even though I had my Gene Forte For Governor signs on both doors of my car, had parked along side of them at the previous event in San Diego, and driven along side of them for over 80 miles while photographers took pictures from their bus.
