Arrest the Judges and the Panel of Judges that let Them Get Away with Interfering with the Election...........

The three judges that maliciously and intentionally interfered with the recall election by ordering a stay should be arrested, their pension and profit sharing plan terminated,  and they should be tried for treason....

...In addition, the eleven judges that overturned their ruling should also demand that such action be taken, and if they do not, they should also be jerked off the bench.  In fact, I'm adding that to my first day in office things to do.... 

...I will be filing a complaint with the worthless and complicit Commission on Judicial Performance to show how dysfunctional and corrupt the Judicial System (industry) is.....    Gene Forte

September 22, 2003:  At the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th District, judges determined the fate of the recall.  The media did not want to show Gene Forte,  the only gubernatorial candidate to be at the courthouse (instead of the Jay Leno Show), holding a sign stating:  "Appellate Judges High Priests For Corrupt Judicial Industry".  MORE PHOTOS

Multiple news crews interviewed Forte, including the LA Times, but again, the newspapers refused to print any articles focusing upon judicial skullduggery.
