Candidate Forte Says Governor's Recall Election Most Important Since American Revolution MONTEREY, CALIFORNIA - Aug. 14, 2003 (Send2Press Newswire) --

The October 7 election is the most important since the American Revolution because it will prove if citizens can take back our government and our State from pay-and-play special interests and an unregulated multi-billion dollar judicial industry. "It is the resurrection of the Boston Tea Party," says gubernatorial candidate Gene Forte. Gene Forte says, "My commitment and documented track record over the last 18-months of putting myself at risk by publicly exposing a corrupt judicial industry that victimizes every Californian and has contributed to our State's financial ruin is only one reason why I am the most qualified candidate capable of honestly represent the people's interests."

Founder of ATTORNEYBUSTERS.com, Forte has used it to build awareness and broadcast investigative reports to Californians being victimized by public officials caught committing crimes against them. Forte says he has revealed a pattern of judicial corruption that benefits the judicial industry and the 180,000 lawyers in the State including Gray Davis. "Not every lawyer is bad. But, even good ones cower because they fear retribution by other lawyers and judicial officers. This is the chance for the good ones to stand up for California," says Forte.

"Gray Davis has signed an IOU for over a $1,000 for every man, woman and child in California because of his disastrous $38 Billion deficit. There's a whole lot more in hidden costs because of the unregulated judicial industry," says the 51-year old executive recruiter. "California is hemorrhaging money and jobs and a lot of that is because of a disgraceful Workers Compensation Insurance meltdown. I will bring the best minds in and fix it no matter whose ox gets gored," he says.

A native Californian, Forte grew up in the small country town of Los Banos. He is a self-made man with a proven record as a top professional recruiter. "I know the kind of people it takes to solve BIG problems," says Forte, and on my first day in office I will call in the Attorney General and Insurance Commission and get answers."

"Civilian oversight will be my hallmark and include the multi-billion dollar unregulated judicial industry," says Forte. "That oversight will be funded by higher annual license fees on lawyers who have pillaged California for far too long," says Forte.
