The October 7 election is the most important since the American Revolution because it will prove if citizens can take back our government and our State from pay-and-play special interests and an unregulated multi-billion dollar judicial industry. But, even good ones cower because they fear retribution by other lawyers and judicial officers. This is the chance for the good ones to stand up for California," says Forte.

"Gray Davis has signed an IOU for over a $1,000 for every man, woman and child in California because of his disastrous $38 Billion deficit. "California is hemorrhaging money and jobs and a lot of that is because of a disgraceful Workers Compensation Insurance meltdown.
