Listen and look at my work, and you will find that I am absolutely uniquely qualified to be Governor and engineer the peaceful taking back of our government from the politicians and special interest groups.

Only Thing Lower Than A Smut Peddler Would Be An AttorneyBuster

I was surprised that, when going through the voter pamphlet, I found my head nodding in agreement as I read Mr. Flynt's comments.

As I read his own jab at himself of being a smut peddler, I realized that the judicial mob I fight would certainly say an AttorneyBuster is far more revolting.

Fearing to Know the Pattern of Judicial Corruption

During my broadcast of investigative reports showing the pattern of public official misconduct, and how the victim becomes the accused, I have always said that I did not condone or promote violence.....

Being Pushed Beyond The Breaking Point

Let's Talk Mr. Bill O'Reilly and his Dealings With the State Bar

O'Reilly producers have been in contact with me for over a year, and started visiting my website over two years ago.

Over the last year, they have been directly made aware of my investigative work concerning the State Bar and USA Patriot Act Abuse and have used me for information sourcing.

Does Mr. O'Reilly ultimately answer to attorneys at FOX that do not want the word to get out about the AttorneyBuster Candidate for Governor,

or possibly Mr. O'Reilly would like to preserve his image of being himself, the good....

....but not in the trenches himself, patriot fighting judicial corruption and a complicit media he is part of and controlled by the judicial industry?

What About Mr. Stench from the Bench, Michael Savage

Doesn't it seem incredible that Mr. Michael Savage, the syndicated radio host with his stance on the judicial industry has not picked up the phone and asked for an interview with the AttorneyBuster?

Add to this the fact that his syndicator, TRN, has received CD's of the investigative reports after they started broadcasting on KRLA 870.

Would Savage, looking objectively, say that his not reporting on my platform and background experience as the AttorneyBuster was ethical or good journalism?

Of course not.

I told my listeners on KRLA 870AM on a Sunday that judicial terrorism was far worse than Islamic Terrorism.

Less than 2 days later, Mr. Dennis Prager, who also is on KRLA870AM authored on WorldNetDaily an article focusing on the unfair judicial system, saying that he feared judicial terrorism far worse than Islamic Terrorism.

Calls to the producers of Mr. Prager offering specific information about Abuse of the USA Patriot Act were unreturned.

Listeners heard recordings of threats by District Attorney's offices, obvious sham investigations by officials of other officials, to the point of FBI Agents literally running from my residence because I wanted to have the meeting recorded for my protection.

Insurance Premium Fraud By Insurance Companies

Over the last 2 years, I have talked to hundreds of people about incidents of judicial corruption and cover up by government agencies with sham investigations.

One case involves an injured worker, Mr. Larry Nign, that put the State Compensation Insurance Fund attorney, Mr. Gustavo E. San Jose, squarely behind the Eight Ball when a grand jury handed down a four (4) count felony indictment for perjury and hiding documents, etc., which caused Mr. Nign not to get his rightful benefits.

Not to worry, judicial rats out there, after four continued arraignments, another assistant DA came in and dismissed it, and later became a Superior Court Judge...

....and Larry Nign has not gotten his benefits for 10 years.

The Insurance Commission Fraud Investigation Units Are A Fraud

These units of the DA offices are paid from a portion of the insurance premium marked for investigating fraudulent claims.

You can look at investigative reports from the LA Times showing that there has never been the investigation of insurance companies by these fraud units.

A clear example of how this works is where it is evident that the claims adjuster for the insurance company authorized a payment of a claim that was either grossly negligent or criminally involved in premium fraud.

The nature of the beast is that when public officials do something wrong, they then need to keep on doing things to cover up the last cover up.

What plays to their favor is that the complicit media then can help make the victim pursuing the public official criminals as being a "vexatious" litigant or on a vendetta.

Once the smoke clears, it is an obvious maneuver which helps to indicate that the crime was committed by the officials.

The investigation that I conducted was pertaining to attorneys that I had already found suborning perjury and hiding documents.

Dean Flippo, the local District Attorney (DA), was already back pedaling from having to arrest ex-judge Richard Silver and a couple of local attorneys from major law firms...

.......and didn't want to aggravate the matter by these same attorneys being found guilty of attempting to perpetrate an insurance fraud.

Now the DA works with other DA's and other public agencies to make it seem that it is all the victim's fault.

Combine this with Mr. Leon Panetta giving a retirement luncheon and award by the ACLU to ex-judge Richard Silver while I served him a deposition subpoena with his dessert.

And ask yourself if the column that Panetta writes for the Monterey Herald is what causes the Herald not to report on my work and the local judicial skullduggery.

The judicial industry has created a system of racketeering of our legal system and the laws of our country.

Field Poll Announce Forte Elected: Gene Forte was surprised today (Sept. 14, 2003) when doing a Google.com search, a poll turned up that declared him a winner.

Forte knows why the local Monterey newspapers are not saying a word about Forte's election and is continuing the same old "Good Old Boy's Protectionism" of attorneys, law firms, and politicians that are devouring our fiscal budget and freedom.

Look at a few of the letters, that were written to the Monterey and Milwaukee, WI newspapers telling them in advance that one day the entire nation would see how they, the local media, become complicit in covering up the crimes of local judicial members and public officials by turning their heads.

Listen to the radio program broadcast (MP3 or Real Audio - June 29 2003) about Steven Magritz and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (see their article "'Paper Terror' case gets airplay in L.A.) and the complicit involvement of the Ozaukee Press in a display of unprofessional journalism.

Gene Forte set out to show the continuity of problems across the country because local authorities and local officials always make the victims out to be the accused and validate or whitewash each others' direct crimes, or stupid mistakes.

The Monterey Herald, Carmel Pine Cone, The Californian with the television stations of KSBW continue to work under the platform of "don't say a word" but only show the pattern of other media across the nation.
