The Attorney Buster

I am known to many across the nation as the Attorney Buster due to the investigative reports that I broadcast exposing political corruption caused by an unaccountable "judicial industry" that protects corrupt politicians, corrupt judges, and unethical attorneys, which I group together and call "The Good Old Boys".  (as told to me by an attorney, click here to hear clip)

You have not heard about me in the general media in California because they are too afraid to tell you about the things I have been exposing due to their fearing reprisal from the "Good Old Boys". You may go to my website ForteForGovernor.com and you will hear for yourself audio recordings of media people saying that "judicial corruption is so widespread no one bothers to reports on it anymore", or how some media people (with ethics) resigned from their jobs when they were being prevented from exposing the absolute racketeering of our legal system against us by attorneys.

I sent up a flare via my radio program on KRLA 870AM SmartTalk in Los Angeles, to find other individuals that may have experienced the same problems I did in a civil lawsuit where I found attorneys hiding documents and suborning perjury while my own attorneys said they had to "throw me to the lions to save themselves" because the judge in the case was "manipulating trial dates and sabotaging motions to punish me" because of a lawsuit I had against an attorney that he favored.

Attorneys will tell you that they cannot reveal the corruption of other judicial officers because they fear reprisal to their own livelihood and career. Therefore, the laws of our country are racketeered against us.

Not all attorneys are bad but even the good ones fear the reprisal they will face from their peers. And it is also why I have many judges that are now on the bench saying what I am doing is a great and needed thing, however, they cannot support me publicly until they retire. As I tell them, it will be too late.

It is due to my record of the last 18 months of being an American that took on the Good Old Boys Club with the purpose of exposing the pattern of judicial unaccountability which leads to unaccountable politicians stuffing their pockets full of Special Interest money.

Let’s face it, Robin Hood and Zorro certainly did not receive any praise from the bandits and thieves which were disguised as public officials he fought. In fact, many times you can trust the integrity of the man by the villainous enemies he has. Make no bones about this, I absolutely revile corrupt public officials and corrupt judicial officers that are using the laws of our country against us.

If you have a grievance with a public official you could be declared a "Paper Terrorist" and put in jail. It happened in Wisconsin and it certainly can happen to you here in California.

As an example, you may look to my investigative report of the case of Mr. Steven Magritz in Wisconsin who had owned 60 acres of pristine property along the Milwaukee River which adjoined a city golf course. In a nutshell, Mr. Magritz, requested that an investigation be conducted against a county attorney he said had illegally removed his answer from the courts offices that caused his property to be illegally foreclosed upon.

After Mr. Magritz sent certified letters to the boards of supervisors saying he was a victim and witness of a crime notifying them he would hold them financially accountable, both in their personal and public capacity, the local newspaper declared him a "Paper Terrorist", and the county attorney he accused contacted a special task force formed after the USA Patriot Act. Mr. Magritz was arrested.

I was made aware of this matter in December 2002 by a caller to my program. The results of my investigation which I sent to 37 county supervisors, US attorneys and other government officials in Wisconsin has now caused the county supervisors to determine what happened to Mr. Magritz may have been "legal" but not conscionable and it was not the entire board of supervisors that had done this.

They would think it best if they could let Mr. Magritz get his property back, if he could be made to be reasonable. In other words, they will need to let him out of a prison cell that they drove him into by ignoring his reasonable requests for an investigation, stealing his property, swatting him out of it with a 25 man swat team with automatic weapons, and they now hope he can be made to be reasonable by not suing the heck out of all of them.

However, there is also a major problem that I discovered in my role as the Attorney Buster investigative reporter.

I have evidence that implicates Wisconsin Governor James Doyle having a possible vendetta against Mr. Magritz which very well may lead to prison terms for a bunch of public officials. Sounds incredible? Not really when you realize that the unaccountable judicial industry is headed and organized by the American Bar Association that spans our great country.

When The Victim Becomes The Accused (Juke Box Selection A45)

During my investigations, I encountered public officials, District attorneys and the likes threatening me as I continued to expose the cover-up by the Wisconsin Good Old Boys and I also have recordings of public officials in California and Oregon utilizing the same technique of making the victim out to be the accused as a defense.  It is all on recordings that I played on my radio program on KRLA 870AM which you can also listen to on my website.

You will hear and see the pattern of how the  Wisconsin media tried to group me together as a "supporter of a tax protester/sovereign citizen" which was absolutely untrue, but it does provide a level of "smut & smear" that Good Old Boy supporters like to throw as a first defense.

Judicial Unaccountability: If you have you been the victim of the Judicial Industry of California comprised of 180,000 self unregulated attorneys that the State Bar Of California only whitewashed your complaint you now have the opportunity to settle 

"Unaccountable politicians are protected by an unaccountable Judicial Industry.  Correct that, and all of our problems ranging from our budget, to the lack of jobs, to the corrupt influence of special interests, will disappear."

What I Would Do AS Your Governor

The Budget: I would lower the budget by stripping away the hidden legal costs out of every fact of our fiscal budget that fuels the "Good Old Boys" strangle hold on our citizens and businesses which I anticipate to be in the tens of millions.

Stop "Legalized Bribery": I would make the government accountable to the citizens not Special Interest lobbyists by establishing civic oversight groups funded by a raise of State Bar fees (estimated to be $4 Billion additional revenues) and based upon a percentage of attorneys income. Ask yourself what the Indian Gaming Tribes get in return from Bustamente for their $2million dollars in campaign contributions.

Get Businesses Going Again: Stimulate the growth of small businesses by lowering the cost of Worker Compensation Insurance by stripping away the money sucked out of the system by unethical attorneys, and insurance premium fraud by the insurance companies themselves.

Lower PG & E Rates:  I would not only void $42 Billion in over priced energy contracts but also demand a rebate of all money that was ripped off from us citizens by the culpable parties.

Jobs: Create more jobs and provide vocational training/educational assistance to those that are now unemployed by recruiting businesses back to California with the understanding that the companies must help stimulate our commercial growth and help with the costs of such programs.

Less Government Expense: Freeze the hiring of any new government employees except those related directly to emergency services and start to downsize government which at this time has layers of civil servants that are only used to thwart off grievances against public officials by citizens.

Immigration Issues: Migrant workers would be required to purchase a seasonal work permit from which the funds generated would be used to pay for their needed health and educational services. There would be severe financial and criminal penalties for both employers and employees that hired illegal workers without work permits.

Education & Senior Citizens:  Reallocate the anticipated 10’s of millions of dollars of hidden legal costs in our budget to improving not only our educational system but also providing more assistance to our senior citizens.

No New Taxes:  I would not only would not add any new taxes but I would seek to cut personal and property taxes to the bare bone that generate revenues for the salaries of many unneeded civil servants doing absolutely nothing waiting for a retirement.

Environmental:  Induce business to be environmentally conscious by rewarding them with special tax credits when they have a proven record of complying with a well thought out environmental program, but at the same time punish severely companies that pollute our state.

Recruit Private Sector Contractors:  I would recruit private sector business contractors to come in and help fine tune our budget in and compensate them based upon a percentage of the money they save us.

No Alignment with Political Parties or Special Interests:  I would not align myself with any special interests or political parties and promise that the will of the people would be enacted and not overturned at the whims of political favors.

Return the Government and Judiciary Back to The People:  I would promote a private resolutions system where grievances with public officials can be addressed immediately with out the complexity, or cost of attorneys that feed a judicial industry that pillages our state and the spirit of citizens and businesses alike.

If You Believe the Government is the tail wagging the dog:  If you are an American that believes it is time for a peaceful revolution of taking our government back and putting it under control of the people once again as our forefathers took way the control of England then Vote Gene Forte For Governor.

Minutemen & Minutewomen Needed: Volunteers and supporters needed to "get the Vote out" for Gene Forte for Governor: These next days are going to be comprised of volunteers groups armed with placards and flyers to stand in from of the court houses and newspapers and challenge the general media to ignore the message of the people being delivered by Gene Forte candidate for Governor.
