FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Battery Charges Filed Against Schwarzenegger Body Guard by Attorney Buster Gene Forte Gubernatorial Candidate Carmel, California, October 7th, 2003: Battery charges have been filed with the San Bernardino Police Department against the body guards of Governorship hopeful Arnold Schwarzenegger by fellow California gubernatorial candidate Gene Forte, also known as the Attorney Buster. Forte says that he was struck by a personal body guard of Schwarzenegger after confronting a man that had jumped in front of his car in open traffic near the San Bernardino Library on October 2nd, 2003. "I tell the guy, get your hands off of my car and out of my way", says Forte. According to the police report, the man then bumped the stopped car with his leg, identified himself as a police officer, and told Forte he was going to arrest him for assault with a deadly weapon. "I asked him to show me his badge, and he gets this dumb look on his face, I then got out of the car to get my handheld recorder that my wife had with her in the car behind me, and the guys run over to where Schwarzenegger's bus is parked about a hundred yards away" Forte says. Forte says he then proceeded to where the individual was standing near the bus and was surrounded by two other security people who demanded what his official position was, "I told them I was one of the candidates for Governor and was traveling with the other candidates that had chartered a bus to follow the rally hoping to be able to speak to the press". The police report #2003 43933 says that the body guards started laughing and mocking Forte saying that no one wanted to speak with him. It was at that time that the body guard in charge struck Forte in the chest knocking him backwards. Forte says he attempted immediately to contact the police department to report the incident as well as police officers at the location of the "Join Arnold Rally", but he was ignored. A few minutes later, Forte and his 10 year old son were pulled over by two motorcycle police officers saying that an assault with a deadly weapon charge was filed against him. "Luckily, I have a videotape of the incident which shows what really happened and their filing of the phony police report against me was only their attempt to cover the felony impersonation of a police officer and their assault of me when I caught them doing it", states Forte. Forte says that he intends on filing a lawsuit against Arnold Schwarzenegger and his security force. "I believe it is clearly a matter where I, the victim, become the accused, and it is what I have been exposing for the last 18 months with my radio program AttorneyBusters.com", asserts Forte. Gene Forte says that the videotape of the incident will be available for viewing on his website at ForteForGovernor.com, and he intends to continue to put forward his message that a corrupt "judicial industry" spawns corrupt politicians, and that he believes this is the core problem in the United States today.
